2012 NFL Week 3 Schedule & Point Spreads

The NFL is back and we couldn’t be more thrilled! After two weeks of NFL action, we know that: A. the (1-1) New England Patriots have some work to do, B. the (2-0) San Francisco 49ers appear to be the most complete team in football, and C. that the (0-2) New Orleans Saints might be destined for a disappointing season.

Heading into the 2012 NFL week 3, we will take a look at the complete schedule, along with the opening point spreads for each contest. We will also take a quick glace at the OVER/UNDERs for every single game this week, which gets underway Thursday night at Bank of America Field in Charlotte, NC.

The defending Super Bowl champs dodged a major bullet last week after Eli Manning threw three picks, all in the second quarter. Going into this week’s battle with Cam Newton and the Carolina Panthers, Tom Coughlin will have to adjust to play without the following players due to injuries: running back Ahmad Bradshaw (neck), offensive tackle David Diehl (knee) and wide receivers, Hakeem Nicks and (foot) Domenik Hixon (concussion). As a result, the Giants have gone from -1-point favorites to +1-point underogs against the Panthers on TNF on NFL Network.
